1 Introduction

3 Account Responsibilities

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

We reserve the right to return a deposit if we have reasonable grounds to believe the transaction was made fraudulently, using a stolen payment method or in a manner that violates these Terms. In such cases, the deposit will be returned to the originating account and access to the platform may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from the Withdrawal section of your account. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account.

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. 1ee com reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Incomplete requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 1ee com, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• Odds are correct at the time of bet placement. Live in-play odds are subject to change and the odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. 1ee com takes no responsibility for delays between a market suspension and a player placing a bet due to connection issues.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (for example, odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the true probability of an outcome), 1ee com reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• For cricket markets: matches that are abandoned without a result will be settled according to the specific rules for that market type. For T20 and PSL matches, rain-reduced matches settled under D/L method are treated as valid results.
• Maximum stake and maximum win limits apply per event and per account. These limits are not publicly displayed in advance but may be applied at any time.

8 Casino & Games

1ee com offers live casino, slot games, fish games and other game types. The following conditions apply:

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or verified live dealer processes. Results are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round – including disconnection, server error or game malfunction – the round will be voided and any stake involved will be returned to the player's balance. Wins recorded on a malfunctioning round are not valid.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages vary by game title and provider. These are theoretical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee results for any individual session.

• Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or with the intention of locking in guaranteed profit in a manner that constitutes arbitrage abuse.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods for deposits.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

1ee com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, whether proven or under investigation.
• Suspected underage use.
• A request from the account holder to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balance that was deposited by the player (net of any bonus funds) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be returned subject to verification and investigation outcomes.
